HR Delivery Manager

Job Description

The HR Delivery Manager leads the HR services provided to clients and their offshore staff employed through hammerjack. This includes full-service delivery across onboarding, benefits, IR, and exit, while also providing expert advice to clients navigating Philippine labor law, engagement strategy, or workforce risk.This role runs operational HR with structure and consistency, while also supporting hammerjack’s role as an Extended Workforce Strategy Advisor. It serves both staff and clients—ensuring issues are handled quickly, legally, and with a people-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the HR team responsible for supporting offshore staff across onboarding, compliance, IR, and employee relations.
• Monitor delivery standards, documentation quality, and service timelines across all HR lifecycle actions.
• Act as a trusted HR partner to Client Success and their clients, providing guidance on PH labor law, IR handling, and retention.
• Oversee contract preparation, payroll coordination, and compliance reviews.
• Step in for complex IR or staff welfare cases where experience and discretion are required.
• Maintain playbooks, SOPs, and documentation aligned to legal and internal policy standards.
• Contribute to staff retention and engagement strategies by aligning HR touchpoints wit real client needs.
Required Competencies

• Experienced in running day-to-day HR operations across high-volume environments
• Deep working knowledge of Philippine labor law, contracts, IR processes, and
documentation
• Comfortable advising external clients in formal or consultative settings

• Keeps HR systems moving smoothly, without sacrificing care or compliance
• Anticipates legal, operational, or reputational risks and resolves them before they escalate
• Brings precision to documentation, case handling, and handoffs between departments

• Builds credibility through clarity and responsiveness—especially when stakes are high
• Keeps calm during escalations, knowing when to coach and when to act 

Qualification

Must-have:
• 6+ years in HR operations, with at least 2 years leading people
• Proven track record in employment compliance, employee relations, and documentation
• Experience working in BPO, offshore, or client-servicing HR roles
 Nice-to-have:
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms or ISO-aligned workflows
• Background supporting external clients or acting as an HR consultant
• Exposure to workforce strategy or advisory-level client engagement
